Step 1
Schedule a Pickup below and fill in any special instructions to your laundry or gate code to your complex. Once submitted, make a deposit and your appointment is set. Appointment will automatically cancelled if no deposit is made.
Step 2
Leave your laundry outside on the scheduled date & time for a contactless pickup. An invoice with payment link will be emailed to you once the order is ready for delivery.
Step 3
Once the payment is submitted, we'll send you an email letting you know when to expect your laundry.
* Completed laundry will be returned within 24 hours after the invoice has been paid in full.

Pickup Deposit
A $10 pickup deposit is required when scheduling.
You'll be charged this fee if the appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of pickup time.
Otherwise, it will be credited toward the final invoice.
Bag Fee for Pickup & Delivery Orders
To help reduce cost and create a more sustainable service, a $5.99 bag fee per bag will be charged for each new bag used for pickup and delivery orders. First-time customers will receive one complimentary bag if a resuable bag is not provided.
You can avoid this fee by providing your own reusable laundry bag with your orders.
