Full service Laundry
Our full service, Wash-n-Fold, take care of your laundry from beginning to end. Just drop off your laundry and pick up freshly folded clothes the next day. It’s that easy.
Dry-n-Fold
Hate folding clothes? This is the job for us. Load your laundry into our washers and notify our staff. Come back the next day and your laundry will be dried and folded.
Dry-Clean
Image is everything. We spot treat, wash, dry, pressed, and then hang. It’s the attention to detail is how we keep you looking sharp.
Self-service
Our laundromat is equipped with 39 washers and 32 dryers. Washer ranging from 20 lbs to 60 lbs big enough to handle your comforter, rugs, and large items.

Unlike most laundromats where there are no attendants in sight when you needed help. We're always around and readily available to assist.

We're located in a well-lit, high traffic, and upscale plaza with security patrolling our property every day. We're equipped with surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of our customers.
Facility
Our facility is fully lit with 4 spacious folding tables for your laundry or your family's laundry. The facility include free high speed Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks vending machine, and a wide variety of laundry amenities to get your laundry done.
Easy-to-Use
Our washers and dryers are simple to use with couple of buttons to press and off you go. It takes the guess work out of which cycle to use and with what temperature.
Cleanliness
We pride on having the cleanest laundromat in the bay area. That means we constantly cleaned and sanitized our facility and equipment. It is the reason why our customers come back to us over and over again.

I used to love the wash-and-fold service here, but it’s sad to see a steep drop in service quality lately.
Since the start of 2025 I have had:
1. Another person’s item mixed into my folded clothes (idk where that could have come from since the website claims to wash each person’s load separately)
2. Washed clothes with dried grass shards still in them
3. Small items missing from my loads sitting around in lost and found
4. Multiple pants shrunken by inches due to drying at a unfit cycle
5. Mislabeled total number of bags
For context I have been consistently using this service since 2023. None of these ever happened before 2025. Would really love to see improvements soon.
The ladies that work here are very nice and helpful.
I put my laundry into the washer, and then I have a good half hour to go to Marshall's, nob hill, or ranch 99.
